Momentum Residency terms

These are the current headline terms for Cohort 1 of The Momentum Residency, scheduled for September 25-October 9, 2026 in Puerto Escondido, Mexico.

Application and acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or create a payment obligation. If the residency appears to be a mutual fit, Boris will confirm acceptance and provide the complete participant agreement before collecting payment.

Price and seat deposit

The published investment range is USD $8,500-$12,000, depending on the agreed package. After acceptance, a USD $500 deposit holds your seat. The remaining balance is due September 4, 2026 unless a different written schedule is agreed.

Participant cancellation

The complete cancellation and transfer terms will be provided in writing before any payment is requested. Review and accept those terms before paying. After September 4, amounts paid are expected to be non-refundable unless your seat can be filled, subject to the participant agreement you receive.

Organizer cancellation or postponement

If Boris cancels or postpones the residency and you do not accept the revised dates, payments made for the residency will be refunded in full. Travel, insurance, and other third-party costs are not covered unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Program expectations

The residency is a structured founder environment that includes mandatory daily training. It is not medical care, therapy, investment advice, or a guarantee of a particular business, financial, or fitness result. Participants remain responsible for their health, travel documents, insurance, conduct, and business decisions.
