This notice explains what information borisgiller.com collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Who is responsible

Boris Giller is responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy requests can be sent to borisgiller@gmail.com.

Information collected

The general contact form opens an email draft on your device; it does not submit your message to this website. If you apply to The Momentum Residency, the application collects your name, email, location, profile link, business and operating context, training consistency and commitment, timing, investment comfort, expected outcome, and final commitment. Please do not submit medical information.

The application also records referral and campaign parameters, IP address, browser user agent, and submission time. This site uses Google Analytics and, on the Momentum page, Meta Pixel. Those providers may use cookies or similar technologies to collect device, usage, and campaign information.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate residency fit, arrange a fit call, operate and improve the site, understand campaign performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Application data is stored in the application system's WordPress database and sent to Boris by notification email.

Service providers and transfers

Hosting, email, analytics, advertising, and application-service providers process information only as needed to provide their services. Some providers may process information outside Mexico under their own privacy terms. Personal information is not sold.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legitimate business records, dispute prevention, and legal requirements. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, cancellation, or opposition regarding your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask a privacy question by emailing borisgiller@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify your request. You can also restrict cookies through your browser and use browser or platform controls for Google and Meta advertising.
