The Origin
I bought and sold a house in Puerto Escondido. Both sides exposed the same problem: buyers jump across individual realtor sites, sellers struggle to price objectively, and agents work without the kind of deep market data a more mature market would take for granted.
The site is not trying to replace local realtors. The point is to make the market easier to understand, credit the source behind each listing, and route serious questions back to the people who actually know the property.
